Trust and security
What ZiosCare does to protect the people in your records. We describe what is built, not badges we have not earned.
Every record is tagged to your organisation and the server filters every query by it. One organisation cannot reach another's data, even by guessing an identifier.
Roles, record ownership and document sensitivity are enforced in the API, not just hidden in the interface. Deleting records is limited to the organisation owner.
Sign-ins, password changes, approvals, rota changes and every billing or payout decision are written to audit logs with who, what and when.
Payments are taken by Stripe on their hosted checkout. ZiosCare stores only verified subscription and invoice status, confirmed by signed webhooks.
Payment-provider keys and referrer payout details are encrypted before they reach the database, and sessions expire after inactivity.
