Terms of service

The service

ZiosCare provides care-management software: rotas and attendance, service-user records and care plans, communications, workforce management, approvals, reporting and billing, with a mobile app for staff and service users.

Your organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for giving staff only the access they need.

Accounts and security

Each person must have their own account. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access. The organisation owner is responsible for members, roles and billing.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are priced per organisation per month or per year as shown on the pricing page, in pounds sterling for UK organisations and US dollars for US organisations, excluding applicable taxes. A free trial applies to new organisations; a paid plan starts when you choose one and continues until cancelled. Payments are taken by Stripe. You can cancel from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]

Acceptable use

Do not use ZiosCare to store data you are not entitled to process, to attempt to access another organisation's data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Data

Your organisation owns the data it enters. ZiosCare processes it to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. [A data-processing agreement for care organisations should be attached here once reviewed.]

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and to tell you about planned maintenance, but the service is provided as is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. [Liability limits, governing law and dispute resolution to be completed by legal review.]

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the portal before they take effect.
