- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every organisation starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
- What does a plan cover?
- A plan covers one organisation: all of its locations, its web portal users and its mobile app users within the plan's staff and service-user limits. Starter covers up to 10 staff and 25 service users; Professional covers up to 50 staff and 150 service users and adds reports, policies and recruitment.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Pricing is per organisation per month, so adding a care worker to the rota does not change your bill until you outgrow the plan's limits.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- UK organisations are billed in pounds sterling, US organisations in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. The annual option is ten months' price for twelve months, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.
- How do I cancel?
- From the Subscription & Billing page in your workspace, at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and your data remains available for export.
- Is payment secure?
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. ZiosCare never sees or stores card numbers.
